Of this series, 14 are for sale in this webshop. Another 13 are for sale exclusively at Pez Gordo Gallery in Palmilla, San Jose del Cabo. (scroll down to see which ones)

Washingtonia robusta, commonly know as the Mexican fan palm, is a palm tree native to the Baja California peninsula. You’ll see these palms waving in the coastal breeze and you’ll see them integrated in ‘palapa’ roofs and in fences.
While in Baja in the Winter of 2022, I got pretty intimate with the fan palm. I lived in a cabaña made out of fan palms. And I was immediately drawn to the stunning geometry of the palms that were growing on my driveway. I decided to work with the fan palm exclusively during my time there.
